The Faculty of Law, different from other faculties does not offer degrees in various departments, There are two departments within the faculty, Public Law and Private Law. This division has been made purely for academic purposes. There are main branches under the Department on Private Law which is Civil Law, Commercial or Business Law, Labor Legislation, Law of Civil Procedure, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Roman law and International Private Law. The sub-branches under Public Law include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Administration Law, General Public Law, International Law and Tax Law.
